Title<\/a>:  Withdrawal of member from the House, as Shri P.C.Thomas, MP continued to interrupt the proceedings of the House by raising without the permission of the Speaker, the issue regarding bifurcation of existing Palghat division in Southern Railways by carving out new Salem Division, the Speaker directed him under Rule 373 of Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha to withdraw from the House.(Shri P.C.Thomas withdraw from the House).   <\/p>\n
