Phulparas, District<br \/>\nMadhubani<br \/>\n                                                                       &#8230;&#8230;..Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                                           Versus<\/p>\n<p>THE STATE OF BIHAR<br \/>\n                                                                           &#8230;&#8230;..Opposite Party<\/p>\n<p> 02\/-     22.09.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Additional<\/p>\n<p>                       Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is named accused in the complaint case and as it<\/p>\n<p>                       appears from order of Sessions Judge, he has referred the materials<\/p>\n<p>                       available, but turns the tables towards trial court to pass the impugned<\/p>\n<p>                       order.
