No.35346 of 2010\n                   KASHINATH PRASAD, son of Late Shivshankar Prasad\n                                         Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/-   16.11.2010               Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                               Allegation is about not executing the deed for the property<\/p>\n<p>                        agreed to sell for which petitioner has received Rs.1,00,000\/- cash and<\/p>\n<p>                        a cheque of Rs.5,00,000\/-, which has not been encashed as observed by<\/p>\n<p>                        the Sessions Judge after perusal of the Case Diary and no receipt of<\/p>\n<p>                        receiving of Rs.1,00,000\/- favours this petitioner for anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>                               Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                        in the event of arrest of surrender within one month from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                        communication of this order, the above named petitioner shall be<\/p>\n<p>                        released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                        each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                        Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Brahampur P.S.
