With the consent of<br \/>\nthe parties, the matter is taken up for final hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLooking<br \/>\nto the fact that the applicant is residing at Dakor, the proceedings<br \/>\ni.e. HMP No.7 of 2010 pending before the learned Principal Civil<br \/>\nJudge (SD), Bharuch is ordered to be transferred to Nadiad.  It is<br \/>\nmade clear that looking to the inconvenience caused to the applicant<br \/>\nthat the proceedings are ordered to be transferred.   However, if<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the respondent makes a request, both the<br \/>\nproceedings maybe kept on the same day so that it will be convenient<br \/>\nfor the respondent to attend both the proceedings on a single day.<br \/>\nThe request is considered to be just and proper.   As and when the<br \/>\napplicant makes an application for fixing both matters i.e. HMP No.7<br \/>\nof 2010 and Criminal Misc.
