Singh, A.P.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   &#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>2   16.06.2010                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered for offences punishable under sections<\/p>\n<p>                 384, 504, 427\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                As per the allegation in the first information<\/p>\n<p>                 report       the petitioners along with other co-accused<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                    -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>persons, who were on duty as Escort Party of R.P.F on<\/p>\n<p>the date of occurrence, suspected that the &#8216;Rum&#8217; being<\/p>\n<p>carried by the members of JAPI, Sahebganj, STF Force<\/p>\n<p>was illegal. However, as per the allegation they also<\/p>\n<p>asked the informant to pay Rs. 500\/-. On refusal ,one of<\/p>\n<p>the box containing &#8216;Rum&#8217; was thrown out of the train by<\/p>\n<p>them.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Learned counsel submits that the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>are members of the R.P.F. Escort Party and have been<\/p>\n<p>falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that<\/p>\n<p>one of the co-accused R.K.Kachhawaha, who is on<\/p>\n<p>similar footing to that of the petitioner, has been granted<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order<\/p>\n<p>dated 5.10.2009 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9640 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>and another accused, namely Brahmeshwar Singh, has<\/p>\n<p>been granted bail by another Bench of this Court vide<\/p>\n<p>order dated 29.9.2008 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30590 of<\/p>\n<p>2008. Learned counsel produces the certified copies of<\/p>\n<p>the aforesaid orders. Let the same be kept on record.<\/p>\n<p>            Having    considered    the   facts   and   the<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners<\/p>\n<p>in the event of arrest or surrender by them within four<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -3-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        weeks, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bonds<\/p>\n<p>        of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two<\/p>\n<p>        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>        Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>        Jehanabad Rail P.S.
