2. By its judgment and award, the Tribunal has<\/p>\n
awarded a sum of ‘\u20ac54,400\/– with interest at.’6%_c\u00bb_fp..va.,<\/p>\n
from the date of petition till deposit  <\/p>\n
claim made by the appellant for~~a__sum’ <\/p>\n
on account of the injuries sust’aine.d    <\/p>\n
traffic accident.\n<\/p>\n
3. In brief, the case are: <\/p>\n
\nThe appellant 21 years
\nand agricuhiirist  was hale and
\nhealthy    at about 1.80 p.m.,
\non 112;’ ill? was travellirlg the bus
\nbearing  to reach Chitradurga and<\/p>\n
when thellsaid. near the land of Malappa on<\/p>\n
   rfrear-. Koihal”‘vi”1lage, the driver of the said bus drove<\/p>\n
  the’  in  rash and negligent manner with speed,<\/p>\n
lost contro.l’:oVer the bus and as a result, the bus was<\/p>\n
 Acapsized towards right side and fell in ditch causing the<\/p>\n
 ‘accident. As a result of which, the appellant sustained<\/p>\n
 .. V_.:injuries near left ear, left cheek, chin and right foot.<\/p>\n

Immediately, he was shifted to PHC, Bharaniasagara<\/p>\n

appellant that. he  lllleonlsiderable amount<\/p>\n

claim petition be-fora the Tribunal under section 166 of<\/p>\n

 before the Tribunal. The Tribunal after<\/p>\n
 Ahearing’ both sides and after assessing the oral and<\/p>\n
  doeumentary evidence, has allowed the said claim<\/p>\n

for appellant and learned oounhsiellappearirig. Insurer.<\/p>\n
5. After perusallofitheu available on

\npassed  the occurrence
\nof the f”_”‘ir1juries sustained by the
\naI3l3>ell’ant.l.in  are not in dispute. The<\/p>\n
Tribunal afterV’V–.as’ses’sing the oral and documentary<\/p>\n
  eVi.der.Lee ayailab1’e”‘on file, taking into consideration the<\/p>\n
  “nature .oi”vinj.u”1f\u00a7.es sustained, the nature and duration of<\/p>\n
tl1.elltrea.t:rn.–ent taken by the appellant has awarded a<\/p>\n
 Asum”f:’?30,000\/– towards pain and sufferings, a sum<\/p>\n
 of \u20ac12,000\/– towards medical expenses and a sum of<\/p>\n
 at ._..%12,400\/– towards conveyance, nourishing food and<\/p>\n

\nthe Tribunal is just and reasonable and therefore, it<\/p>\n

 "\u20ac3.f0O0\/- per month with disability at 10% and by<\/p>\n
  is ._._adopting Multiplier of '18' since the appellant was aged<\/p>\n
about 21 years, we award a sum of 364.800\/\u00ab towards<\/p>\n
loss of future income (3,000\/– X 12 X 18 X 10_!j1.()f_O.i_d'a,nd<\/p>\n
a sum of '\u20ac15,000\/- towards loss  <\/p>\n
discomforts and unhappiness.\n<\/p>\n
7. For the foregoing reasons,  <\/p>\n
