No.22559 of 2010\n                                BINIT KUMAR GUPTA\n                                          Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4.   16.9.2010               Both petitioner(husband) and complainant(wife) are<\/p>\n<p>                  present in Court. Both of them accepted each other by resolving<\/p>\n<p>                  their differences.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             List this case on 13.12.2010 in chamber at 4-20 p.m. On<\/p>\n<p>                  that day both husband and wife shall be physically present in<\/p>\n<p>                  chamber.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             In the meantime, husband will decide a suitable date and<\/p>\n<p>                  proceed to his sasural to take his wife to his house. He undertakes to<\/p>\n<p>                  keep his wife with dignity, full respect and proper care.
