Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :07\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n          -----------------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.7741 of 2010\n          ------------------------------------------------------\n        Dated this the 07th day of December, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that<\/p>\n<p>the Police are at his heels in connection with a Crime of<\/p>\n<p>CB-CID Kollam.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the petitioner is only a suspect in the above<\/p>\n<p>crime and he has not so far been arrayed as an accused in the<\/p>\n<p>above case.    If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment<\/p>\n<p>entertained by the petitioner is unfounded. In case the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is required to be interrogated again the police shall<\/p>\n<p>do so after giving him notice under Sec.160 Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>      Recording the submission made by the                       Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor, this petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                           V.
