Looking to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the<br \/>\ncase, the revisional authority is directed to hear and decide the<br \/>\nrevision application pending before it as expeditiously as possible<br \/>\nand preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt<br \/>\nof writ of this order.  It is, however, observed that pending the<br \/>\nrevision application, the ad-interim relief granted by this Court<br \/>\nvide order dated 25.08.2010 will continue till the decision is<br \/>\nrendered on the said application.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observations and directions, the petition stands disposed<br \/>\nof.
