P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 6.1.2011 in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case no. 312\/2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                    section 379 of the IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioners are not named in the first information report and<\/p>\n<p>                    it appears that stolen battery was recovered from the field of<\/p>\n<p>                    Sheikhpura civil court premises and not from the conscious possession<\/p>\n<p>                    of the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>                    Chandan Yadav and Bipin Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                    bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                    each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in<\/p>\n<p>                    Sheikhpura P.S.
