Thereafter, notice has been issued to<br \/>\n\tappellant which has been served as per endorsement made by Registry<br \/>\n\tbut it remained unserved for appellant no. 2 and has been served to<br \/>\n\tappellant no. \u00bd to 1\/5.  Notice remained unserved for<br \/>\n\trespondent no. 4 who expired.
