No.5122 of 2011\n      NAGENDRA SINGH, son of Late Ram Pravesh Singh, resident of village-Shahru\n      Dhanarua, Police Station-Dhanarua in the district of Patna\n                                             Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/-    28.02.2011                   The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                        case registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 448, 307, 302 of<\/p>\n<p>                        the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    There is allegation against Vinay Singh that he<\/p>\n<p>                        resorted to fire but it could hit no one whereas the firing made by<\/p>\n<p>                        Nagendra Singh hit the victim.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                        that during investigation no independent witness have supported<\/p>\n<p>                        the accusation against Nagendra Singh.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Since the firing made by Vinay Singh did not hit<\/p>\n<p>                        any one, let the petitioner, namely Vinay Singh , in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                        his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                        12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Sub-Divisional    Judicial   Magistrate,   Masaurhi,    Patna    in<\/p>\n<p>                        connection with Dhanarua P.S.
