Neelakanta Rao vs Unknown on 4 July, 2006<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>ORDER<\/p>\n<p>A query from the Commission as to why the CR dossier was destroyed when the case against G. Neelakanta Rao was still pending, the Respondent admitted that it was a mistake. As regards the other issues, i.e. files of his case available with the Southern Railway, Chennai, the Commission directed that complete files of his case together with the information which was denied to the Appellant vide PIO, Southern Railway&#8217;s letter No. G.50\/PG\/RIA\/2005\/Repn\/2 dated 2nd June 2006 may be made available to the Appellant within 15 days at APIO, CAO (Const)&#8217;s Office at Bangalore Cantt. As the Appellant is an aged person and it was difficult for him to travel to Chennai and inspect the files. The compliance report may be sent to the Commission within 21 days of the issue of this order.<\/p>\n<p>4.
