Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :17\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           K.HEMA, J.\n                 --------------------------------------\n                 Bail Application No.4423 of 2008\n                ---------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 17th day of July, 2008\n\n\n\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This petition is for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   The alleged offences are under Sections 489 (B) and<\/p>\n<p>(C) of IPC.    Petitioner is the fourth accused. The crime was<\/p>\n<p>registered in the year 2007. The petitioner was implicated in<\/p>\n<p>2008 after a lapse of more than one year and he was arrested on<\/p>\n<p>5.6.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.   Learned      public    prosecutor     submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>co-accused are granted bail and hence, he has no objection in<\/p>\n<p>granting bail to the petitioner on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>     Hence, bail is granted to the petitioner on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>     (i)  Petitioner shall execute bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>          solvent sureties each for the like sum to the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of the Magistrate Court concerned.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">BA No.4423\/08                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    (ii)   Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>           on every Monday and Thursday between 10 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>           1 p.m. until further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    (iii)  Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail<\/p>\n<p>           and in case of breach of this condition, bail is liable to<\/p>\n<p>           be cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\n    The petition is allowed.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                                                 K.HEMA, JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>csl<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court M.D.Ismail 44 Years vs State Of Kerala on 17 July, 2008 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM Bail Appl..No. 4423 of 2008() 1.
