Opposite Party.\n                                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   12.09.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                    Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The    petitioners      apprehending   their   arrest   in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with Complaint Case No. 147C\/2010 pending in the<\/p>\n<p>                    court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.<\/p>\n<p>                                All the five petitioners are named in complaint case<\/p>\n<p>                    with allegation of snatching Rs. 50,000\/- from the petitioner who<\/p>\n<p>                    was returning to his village.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Submission is that due to earlier dispute relating to<\/p>\n<p>                    passage etc. they have falsely been implicated in this case.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                    in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks,<\/p>\n<p>                    let the above-named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                    bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Complaint     Case No.147C\/2010 subject to condition under<\/p>\n<p>                    section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and additional<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          condition to attend the court regularly at least for three years or<\/p>\n<p>          till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier and in the event of<\/p>\n<p>          failure on two consecutive dates, without any reasonable<\/p>\n<p>          explanation, the privilege granted shall be deemed to be<\/p>\n<p>          cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Kamlesh                                   (Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Birje Gope &amp; Ors. vs The State Of Bihar on 12 September, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
