However, I have<\/p>\n<p>heard learned counsel, appearing on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>respondent-State, and learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6.<\/p>\n<p>         The present petition has been filed<\/p>\n<p>questioning the validity and legality of the<\/p>\n<p>registration of respondent no. 5, as a Society<\/p>\n<p>under the provisions of The Bihar Self-Supporting<\/p>\n<p>Co-operative Societies Act, 1996 (in short Act).<\/p>\n<p>         Learned counsel appearing on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>respondents has supported the impugned action<\/p>\n<p>of the respondents by placing reliance on the<\/p>\n<p>averments    made in their counter affidavit filed<\/p>\n<p>separately. It is further submitted that if any body<\/p>\n<p>is aggrieve by registration of a Society under the<\/p>\n<p>provisions of the Act, then he is entitled to raise a<\/p>\n<p>dispute before the cooperative tribunal constituted<\/p>\n<p>under the provisions of the Act and said dispute is<\/p>\n<p>required to be settled under the provisions of<\/p>\n<p>Section 40 of the Act. Admittedly, the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>without resorting to the remedy available to them<\/p>\n<p>under the provisions of the Act, have filed the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          present writ petition before this Court. It is also<\/p>\n<p>          highlighted that The Bihar Self-Supporting Co-<\/p>\n<p>          operative Societies Act, 1996 has further been<\/p>\n<p>          amended in the year 2010 by Bihar Act 21 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>          and there has been a drastic change in the law.<\/p>\n<p>                   In the aforesaid facts and circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>          apparently this petition has become infructuous<\/p>\n<p>          with the passage of time and with the change of<\/p>\n<p>          law. Consequently, this Court does not find any<\/p>\n<p>          merit in the present writ petition, and it is<\/p>\n<p>          accordingly, dismissed.
