Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :10\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                              S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                          =======================\n\n                            W.P.(C) No. 1281  of 2008(C)\n\n                          =======================\n\n\n                    Dated this the   10th  day of January, 2008\n\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The petitioners retired from service of the Kerala State Road<\/p>\n<p>Transport   Corporation.     Their   grievance   is   that   although   their<\/p>\n<p>retirement benefits are liable to be disbursed only in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with   the   priority   of   retirement,   they   are   entitled   to   payment   of<\/p>\n<p>their   provident   fund   amounts   and   staff   welfare   fund   amounts.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners  therefore  seek a direction to  the respondents  to<\/p>\n<p>pay to the petitioners the said amounts expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>        The   learned   standing   counsel   appearing   for   the   KSRTC<\/p>\n<p>submits that the amounts would be paid within two months.
