The present case was<\/p>\n<p>                 registered on the basis of fardbeyan of the Chowkidar when he<\/p>\n<p>                 found a dead body of young girl lying near a river.<\/p>\n<p>                            In course of investigation, it came to light that<\/p>\n<p>                 aforesaid dead body was of one, Deep Shikha @ Bholi who<\/p>\n<p>                 alongwith her parents had come to house of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                            The    petitioner   was   arrested    and   made   his<\/p>\n<p>                 confessional statement disclosing this fact that it was father of<\/p>\n<p>                 the deceased who committed the murder of the deceased as<\/p>\n<p>                 she had illicit relationship with a boy of cobbler caste.<\/p>\n<p>                            The statement of mother of the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                 recorded at paragraph-26 of the case diary in which she stated<\/p>\n<p>                 that in night, she woke up and saw the deceased burning in<\/p>\n<p>                 flame and subsequently, father of the deceased came there<\/p>\n<p>                 and put his leg on the neck of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>        state fairly conceded the above-said submissions.<\/p>\n<p>                   Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>        circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner, namely, Lakhendra Kumar Shahi be released on<\/p>\n<p>        bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>        two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kanti<\/p>\n<p>        P.S.
