HEMA, J.\n                      -----------------------------------------------\n                        Bail Appl.No. 4389 of 2008\n                      -----------------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 22nd day of July, 2008.\n\n                                    ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The alleged offences are under Sections 465, 468 and<\/p>\n<p>471 of IPC.    According to prosecution, petitioner forged a possession<\/p>\n<p>certificate and a location certificate in his institution of a private<\/p>\n<p>revenue consultancy run by him. He was arrested on 21.6.2008 and<\/p>\n<p>he is in judicial custody since then.\n<\/p>\n<p>             3. Learned Public Prosecutor                submitted that he has no<\/p>\n<p>objection in granting bail on conditions taking into account the period<\/p>\n<p>of detention and the stage of investigation.<\/p>\n<p>             4. Hence, bail is granted to the petitioner on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       i)    Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>             solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>             the learned Magistrate.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       ii)   Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on<\/p>\n<p>             every Monday and Thursday between 10 A.M. and 1 P.M.<\/p>\n<p>             until further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       iii)  Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail and,<\/p>\n<p>             in case of breach of this condition, bail is liable to be<\/p>\n<p>             cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       iv)   Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate any witness or<\/p>\n<p>             tamper with evidence and in case of breach of this<\/p>\n<p>             condition, bail is liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>       Petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                                          K.
