Therefore, this ground would not be<br \/>\nsufficient to exercise discretion for releasing<br \/>\nhim on temporary bail.  However, it is observed that the jail<br \/>\nauthority shall accommodate the applicant-convict for signing of the<br \/>\ndocuments if it is brought to jail for  such purpose so as to raise<br \/>\nthe loan if available.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tSubject<br \/>\nto the aforesaid  observation, this application is not entertained.<br \/>\nThe application is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t[JAYANT<br \/>\nPATEL, J.]<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t[H.\n<\/p>\n<p>B.
