The applicant is ordered to be released on regular<br \/>\n\tbail in connection with I-C.R.No.66\/2009 registered with Bechraji<br \/>\n\tPolice Station, District : Mehsana on his executing a bond of<br \/>\n\tRs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with one solvent surety of<br \/>\n\tthe like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and subject<br \/>\n\tto the conditions that he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(a)\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>(b)\tnot<br \/>\nto try to tamper or pressurize the prosecution witnesses or<br \/>\ncomplainant in any manner.\n<\/p>\n<p>(c)\tnot<br \/>\nact in any manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>(d)\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order and should cooperate the investigating officers.\n<\/p>\n<p>(e)\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence to the Investigating Officer and also to<br \/>\nthe Court at the time of execution of the bond and shall not change<br \/>\nhis residence without prior permission of the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>(f)\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the lower Court, within a week.\n<\/p>\n<p>(g)\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before concerned Police Station 1st day of<br \/>\nevery calender month between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM till the trial<br \/>\ncommences.\n<\/p>\n<p>If breach of any of the above<br \/>\n\tconditions is committed, the concerned Sessions Judge will be free<br \/>\n\tto issue warrant or take appropriate action in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail before the lower Court having<br \/>\n\tjurisdiction to try the case. It would be open to the trial Court<br \/>\n\tconcerned to give time to furnish the solvency certificate if prayed<br \/>\n\tfor.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rule is made absolute to the<br \/>\n\taforesaid extent.
