JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA\n                 ORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>                 (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE)<\/p>\n<p>3   20-07-2011          This Appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent is<\/p>\n<p>                 preferred by the writ petitioners against the judgment and order<\/p>\n<p>                 dated 13th May 2011 passed by the learned single judge in above<\/p>\n<p>                 C.W.J.C. No. 3997 of 1994.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The appellants filed the above writ petition for a direction to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">          Patna High Court LPA No.957 of 2011 (3) dt.20-07-2011<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                      the State Government to pay salary to the appellants as the<\/p>\n<p>                      teachers of Harijan Primary School, Bhagaut, P.S. Hasanpur, P.O.<\/p>\n<p>                      Hasanpur, District- Samastipur.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               After perusal of the pleadings and the records, the learned<\/p>\n<p>                      single judge has held that the aforesaid Hasanpur School was<\/p>\n<p>                      established by the District School Board in 1983 and a trained<\/p>\n<p>                      teacher was appointed in the said school. The appellants were<\/p>\n<p>                      neither the trained teachers nor were they ever appointed in the<\/p>\n<p>                      said school either by the District School Board or by the School<\/p>\n<p>                      Management. Prior to 1983 the school was not in existence. In<\/p>\n<p>                      view of the said finding, the appellants&#8217; claim for salary as<\/p>\n<p>                      teachers in the said Harijan School has been rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                               Therefore, the present Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               No case for interference is made out.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The Appeal is dismissed in limine.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n                                                     (R.M.
