PARTY\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.    21.12.2010           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner prays for bail in a case registered<\/p>\n<p>                         under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act and Sections<\/p>\n<p>                         272 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                         petitioner has no criminal antecedents and has been<\/p>\n<p>                         arrested for the sole reason that he was standing near the<\/p>\n<p>                         place from where several cartons of foreign liquor, and<\/p>\n<p>                         sachets and bottles of country liquor have been recovered<\/p>\n<p>                         and further the recovery has been made from an abandoned<\/p>\n<p>                         house and the petitioner has no concern with the same.
