Atri, District Gaya.\n                                                                         ---------- Petitioner\n                                          Versus\n                    The State Of Bihar\n                                                                      -------- Opposite Party\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   25.10.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     498(A), 304(B)\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named<\/p>\n<p>                     accused in this complaint case relating to killing of daughter of the<\/p>\n<p>                     complainant in her in-laws family by them.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Submission is that petitioner has got no concern with<\/p>\n<p>                     them and there is absolutely nothing mentioned in the complaint<\/p>\n<p>                     petition, even about the reasons for which he has been named.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Taking into consideration the above, in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                     arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of<\/p>\n<p>                     Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Complaint Case No. 1610 of 2008 (Trial No. 2105 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2009 \/ 2223 of 2011), subject to condition laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>                     438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code with additional condition to<\/p>\n<p>                     remain physically present before the court below on each and every<\/p>\n<p>                     date at least for one year or till disposal of the case, whichever is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            earlier, in case of failure on two consecutive dates, without giving any<\/p>\n<p>            reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be<\/p>\n<p>            cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Praveen\/-                            ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Dilip Ram vs The State Of Bihar on 25 October, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
