APP (DB) No.735 of 2008\n                                     MAHESH RAM\n                                          Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14.07.2008             The learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to make<\/p>\n<p>                 correction in paragraph-1 of the I.A.1363 of 2008.<\/p>\n<p>                           The said I.A. has been filed under Section-5 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay of about 324 days in<\/p>\n<p>                 preferring this appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It has been submitted that since the appellant went into<\/p>\n<p>                 custody and there was no male member in the family to take care of<\/p>\n<p>                 his appeal, he was betrayed by his earlier pairvikar and later he came<\/p>\n<p>                 to know that no appeal has been preferred on his behalf, and then he<\/p>\n<p>                 has preferred this appeal with the help of his mother.<\/p>\n<p>                           The prayer in I.A. is allowed and the delay is condoned.<\/p>\n<p>                                               ( Shiva Kirti Singh, J )<\/p>\n<p>                                                   ( Abhijit Sinha, J)<\/p>\n<p>         NKS\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Mahesh Ram vs The State Of Bihar on 14 July, 2008 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
