02.   30.03.2011                 The petitioners are apprehending their<\/p>\n
                     arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 149,<\/p>\n
                     448, 341, 323, 380 & 504 of the I.P.C. and Section<\/p>\n
                     3(i)(x) of the S.C.\/S.T. Prevention of Atrocities Act.<\/p>\n
                                 There is allegation of abusing and<\/p>\n
                     making assault to the informant and taking away the<\/p>\n
                     articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                     petitioners that the alleged occurrence took place on<\/p>\n
                     11.10.2009 whereas the F.I.R. was lodged on<\/p>\n
                     18.05.2010. It is also submitted that a title suit is<\/p>\n
                     pending between the parties. The unexplained delay<\/p>\n
                     in lodging of the F.I.R. and pendency of the title suit<\/p>\n
                     cloud the accusation. The other accused persons<\/p>\n
                     have already been granted anticipatory bail by this<\/p>\n
                     Court.\n<\/p>\n
                      Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,<\/p>\n
                     let the petitioners namely, Raj Kumar, Hari<\/p>\n
                     Narayan Mistri and        Mahendra Sharma, in the
\n                          2<\/span><\/p>\n
       event of their arrest or surrender before the Court-<\/p>\n
       below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be<\/p>\n
       released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n
       of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n
       the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.<\/p>\n
       Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection<\/p>\n
       with S.C.\/S.T. Patna P.S. Case No.9 of 2010 subject<\/p>\n
       to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the<\/p>\n
       Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
