Yesterday i.e. 17.8.2010 when the case was called out<\/p>\n<p>                     none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press this<\/p>\n<p>                     petition or make a prayer for adjournment. However, the case was<\/p>\n<p>                     adjourned with an indication that no further adjournment shall be<\/p>\n<p>                     granted. While adjourning the case, it was noticed that interim<\/p>\n<p>                     order of stay was continuing since 4.2.2002. Today again when the<\/p>\n<p>                     case was called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                     Mr.Bindhyachal Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 is<\/p>\n<p>                     present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petition stands rejected due to non-prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>                                  In view of rejection of this petition, interim order of<\/p>\n<p>                     stay dated 4.2.2002 stands automatically vacated.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Let a copy of this order be sent to the court below<\/p>\n<p>                     forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
