The writ petition was filed to challenge the order dated 15.2.2007 passed by the Board of Revenue, deciding the application filed under section 212 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act. The learned Single Judge  dismissed the writ petition taking note of the fact that there exist no error in the order and otherwise it is only an interim order passed by the revenue court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tOn perusal of the record, we find that it is the application made under section 212 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act which has been decided and while passing the order by the  Board of Revenue, no error has been committed. Looking to aforesaid, we are not inclined to interfere in the oder of the learned Single Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tAccordingly, the appeal is dismissed. It is stated that the suit is pending at the stage of evidence.
