He\n\n that the appellants have \ufb01led false a\ufb02idavit\n\n  they had no knowledge about the judgment and\n\n\n\ndecree. 8. It is relevant to note, the suit is for declaration<\/p>\n
and permanent injune\ufb01on. The judwent and deereej\u00e9\u00e9sjii\u00e9ie<\/p>\n
been passed on 5.2.2005. The appeal has    <\/p>\n
20.12.2003. There is inordinate delay; $132+; c1a\u00a7%s\u00ab:;a.e<\/p>\n
the appeal. The delay has been expieined.   <\/p>\n
