KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                  ..........................................................\n\n                             W.P.(C) No.6588 OF 2007\n\n                  ...........................................................\n\n                   DATED THIS THE 27th FEBRUARY, 2007\n\n\n                                   J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   petitioner   who   is   desirous   of   reclaiming   a   portion   of   the<\/p>\n<p>property belonging to him for the purpose of constructing a godown is<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved in that the District Collector before whom the matter is now<\/p>\n<p>pending is not taking an early decision.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.   I do not propose to decide on the merits of the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>claim to have a  favourable decision by the District Collector.  But I am<\/p>\n<p>informed   that   pursuant   to   the   directions   of   this   Court     in   Ext.P9<\/p>\n<p>judgment, the petitioner in that case who was similarly circumstanced<\/p>\n<p>as the present petitioner could get relief.  Accordingly this Writ Petition<\/p>\n<p>will stand disposed of issuing the following directions:-<\/p>\n<p>       The  District  Collector  will take  up Ext.P2  application  and Ext.P8<\/p>\n<p>reminder,   consider   the   same   in   the   light   of   the   recommendations<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P3 to P7 and take a decision at his earliest, after issuing notice to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and after hearing him.   Decision as directed above will<\/p>\n<p>be   taken   at   any   rate   by   the   District   Collector   within   six   weeks   of<\/p>\n<p>receiving copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>tgl                                   (PIUS C.
