No.11652 of 2010\n                          BADRI MANDAL\n                                Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04   14.07.2010          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 and learned counsel for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioner renews the prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                 on the second occasion.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          He has been identified in the T.I.P in an<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation of train dacoity by the passenger. The<\/p>\n<p>                 passenger has also identified him in the dock<\/p>\n<p>                 during the trial. The submission is of custody since<\/p>\n<p>                 23.7.2008. That does not impress the Court in the<\/p>\n<p>                 nature of the allegation and the evidence available<\/p>\n<p>                 against him to grant bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The application is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Since the trial has commenced, let it be<\/p>\n<p>                 concluded as early as possible by taking resort to<\/p>\n<p>                 coercive measures for appearance of witnesses, if<\/p>\n<p>                 necessary.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>         P.K.
