Respondents.\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   28.07.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>                   directing the respondents to pay the amount for the work done by<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner under Scheme no.12\/2002-03 in Mahablipur<\/p>\n<p>                   Panchayat along with interest.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the averments made by learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the parties and the materials on record, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>                   disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Block<\/p>\n<p>                   Development Officer, Paliganj within the district of Patna<\/p>\n<p>                   (respondent no.5) along with an application giving details of the<\/p>\n<p>                   amounts due and interest. If such an application is filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner within fifteen days from today along with a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>                   order, the said authority shall decide the same in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>                   law by a speaking order within four months thereafter and if any<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        amount is found admitted and payable it should be paid to the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner immediately thereafter. However, if any amount or<\/p>\n<p>        interest is not found admitted and payable in the said order, the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same before an<\/p>\n<p>        appropriate forum.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (S.
