Thus, the said application has been moved after a delay<br \/>\n\tof 767 days. Further, no plausible explanation has been assigned for<br \/>\n\tcondonation of the said huge delay. It is the duty of the applicant<br \/>\n\tto satisfy the Court that for good sufficient cause or for the<br \/>\n\treasons beyond the control, the applicant could not prefer review<br \/>\n\tapplication. The approach of the Court should be liberal and<br \/>\n\tpragmatic but this principle would not be applicable to the cases of<br \/>\n\tgross and\/or inordinate delay, which in the present case is 767<br \/>\n\tdays. This is a case of gross and practically unexplained delay.<br \/>\n\tHence, it will not be appropriate to entertain present application.\n<\/p>\n<p>For<br \/>\n\tthe foregoing reasons, present application fails and is,<br \/>\n\taccordingly, rejected.
