Victim girl has voluntarily appeared her<\/p>\n<p>                 parental house. Petitioner remained in custody<\/p>\n<p>                 since 24.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Thus,   having   regard   to   the   facts     and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances of the case as well as submission<\/p>\n<p>                 of the parties, the above named petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                 directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                 two   sureties     of   the like   amount    each    to   the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction        of      Sub-Divisional          Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Sheohar in Tariyani P.S.
