The applicant-petitioners are exempted from filing<\/p>\n<p>the certified copies of Annexure P-1 to P-3.<\/p>\n<p>CR No. 5037 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>          This revision petition is directed against the order dated<\/p>\n<p>2.6.2009, passed by the learned Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division),<\/p>\n<p>Gurdaspur, vide which the evidence of the petitioners has been ordered<\/p>\n<p>to be closed by order.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Learned counsel for the petitioners has not challenged the<\/p>\n<p>order on merits and prays that in the interest of justice, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>may be granted one last opportunity to conclude their evidence at their<\/p>\n<p>own risk and responsibility.\n<\/p>\n<p>          In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners and without going into the merits of the case, I feel that<br \/>\n Civil Revision No. 5037 of 2009 (O&amp;M)<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                                       -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>interest of justice would be served if the petitioners are granted one last<\/p>\n<p>opportunity to conclude their entire evidence at their own risk and<\/p>\n<p>responsibility on the date to be fixed by the learned trial Court.<\/p>\n<p>However, this shall be subject to payment of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees five<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) as costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   (Vinod K.
