The<br \/>\npetitioner has come with a grievance that her name is not being<br \/>\nregistered in the register maintained by respondent concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nobjection appears to have been raised on the ground that though AICTE<br \/>\ngranted its approval to the respondent No.3, respondent No.2 has not<br \/>\nextended its approval\/recognition in favour of the respondent No.3<br \/>\ninstitute. Therefore, though respondent No.4 University has no<br \/>\nobjection and so far as the case with respondent No.3 institute is<br \/>\nconcerned it is only on the ground of certain objections raised by<br \/>\nrespondent No.2 that the petitioner&#8217;s case is yet not cleared.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHeard<br \/>\nMr.Desai, learned senior counsel appearing with Mr.Shelat. He has<br \/>\nsubmitted that after receipt of the communication from respondent<br \/>\nNo.2 counsel, the respondent No.3 institute has already forwarded the<br \/>\nnecessary response and compliance under communication dated 6th<br \/>\nJanuary, 2011 which completely complies with and fulfills the<br \/>\nrequirement of respondent No.2 as intimated to the institute under<br \/>\nletter dated 23rd December, 2010 and that therefore there<br \/>\nmust now not be any objection against the respondent No.3 institute<br \/>\nand\/or petitioner&#8217;s enrollment.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tMr.Nanavati,<br \/>\nlerned senior counsel for respondent No.2 institute has appeared and<br \/>\nsubmitted that he has received certain oral instructions and<br \/>\naccording to which there are some technical issues which need to be<br \/>\nironed out and in all probability, having regard to the response<br \/>\nsubmitted by respondent No.3 institute vide communication dated 6th<br \/>\nJanuary, 2011 the issue will be resolved in short time.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tTherefore,<br \/>\nso as to enable the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision and<br \/>\nconvey its approval\/recognition to respondent No.3 institute and also<br \/>\nto respondent No.4 or in alternative to place its final decision on<br \/>\nrecord of present petition, stand over to  19 th<br \/>\nApril, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>(K.M.THAKER,<br \/>\nJ.)<\/p>\n<p>Amit<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Aesha vs Gujarat on 8 April, 2011 Author: K.M.Thaker,&amp;Nbsp;
