No.482 of 2009\n                ----------------------------------------------\n                     Dated 11th March, 2009.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Appellant is the petitioner. The writ petition was filed<\/p>\n<p>praying for a direction to the second respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 representation, wherein the petitioner has prayed for some<\/p>\n<p>reliefs, being a Tsunami victim. Learned Single Judge dismissed<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition stating that there was no provision enabling the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent to grant any relief.               We are afraid, the<\/p>\n<p>conclusion by the learned Single Judge is too early. It is for the<\/p>\n<p>authority concerned to consider the matter and extend the<\/p>\n<p>benefits if any, to which the petitioner, who is a Tsunami victim is<\/p>\n<p>eligible. Therefore, we set aside the judgment under appeal and<\/p>\n<p>dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider    Ext.P3    and    take    appropriate      action  thereon in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law within two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition.
