Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :25\/05\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                      V.GIRI, J\n                    -------------------\n                W.P.(C).14255\/2009\n                    --------------------\n        Dated this the 25th day of May, 2009\n\n                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners  belonging          to the Christian<\/p>\n<p>denomination have sought for registration of their<\/p>\n<p>marriage under the Cochin Christian Civil Marriage<\/p>\n<p>Act. They have given notice regarding the same.<\/p>\n<p>They are aggrieved by the delay on the part of the<\/p>\n<p>Registrar in proceeding to register their marriage<\/p>\n<p>and take further steps under Section 7 of the Act.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioners are entitled         to get their marriage<\/p>\n<p>registered and a similar issue has been considered<\/p>\n<p>by this Court earlier.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    I heard learned Government Pleader also.
