No.11039 of 2011\n                          Kanhaiya Singh\n                               Versus\n                         The State Of Bihar\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   15-09-2011             The prayer of the petitioner in the present<\/p>\n<p>                  circumstance happens to be not maintainable on account of<\/p>\n<p>                  initiation of confiscation proceeding as provided under<\/p>\n<p>                  Section 6E of Essential Commodities Act. The simple prayer<\/p>\n<p>                  whatever been made that the Collector\/District Magistrate has<\/p>\n<p>                  not sat and held Ijlas for the last so many months as a result of<\/p>\n<p>                  which his prayer is not being considered.
