Dattu, C.J.:\n<\/p>\n<p>           Being   aggrieved   by   the   interim   order   passed   by   the   learned   single<\/p>\n<p>Judge   in   W.P.(C)   No.   25630   of   2005   dated     31st  August,   2005,   the   State<\/p>\n<p>Government is before us in this Writ Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>           2.   Admittedly,  the Writ   Petition is still pending   before  the  court.    The<\/p>\n<p>State Government   can raise all the contentions, which are raised in this Writ<\/p>\n<p>Appeal,  before the learned single Judge at the time of final hearing of the Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition.   Therefore, we do not intend to interfere with the   interim order,   for<\/p>\n<p>the   present.       Accordingly,   the   Writ   Appeal   requires   to   be   rejected   and   it   is<\/p>\n<p>rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                 H.L.
