Taking into consideration the fact that<br \/>\nthe presence of the convict will be required for taking necessary<br \/>\nsteps as mentioned in the communication, the convict is ordered to be<br \/>\nreleased on  temporary bail for a period of 30 (thirty) days<br \/>\nfrom the date of his release on his executing a personal bond of<br \/>\nRs.5000\/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the satisfaction of the Jail<br \/>\nauthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>It being the<br \/>\nfirst release of the convict it is deemed proper to direct that the<br \/>\nconvict shall mark his presence at the nearest Police Station on<br \/>\nevery Monday between 08.00 AM and 12.00 Noon during the period of<br \/>\nbail.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe convict<br \/>\nshall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nabove temporary bail period.\tThe application is allowed.
