Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                   the counsel for the Union of India.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            2. Petitioners are serving in the 21st Battalion of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Central Reserve Police Force (hereinafter referred to<\/p>\n<p>                   as &#8220;C.R.P.F.&#8221;) at Group Centre Muzaffarpur on the post<\/p>\n<p>                   of   Constable   (G.D.).    They   have   filed   this   writ<\/p>\n<p>                   application praying inter alia to direct the authorities of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Group Centre to grant them seniority as also<\/p>\n<p>                   arrears of salary for the period they were not paid on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         account of CBI enquiry in connection with selection<\/p>\n<p>         process on the basis of which they were appointed.<\/p>\n<p>                 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>         that other similarly situate have already been allowed<\/p>\n<p>         seniority and arrears of salary for the period of CBI<\/p>\n<p>         enquiry and the name of similarly situate persons is<\/p>\n<p>         contained   in   wireless    message     No.    11548    dated<\/p>\n<p>         11.7.2010 contained in Annexure-10.<\/p>\n<p>                 4. Having heard counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>         the Union, I direct the petitioners to represent their<\/p>\n<p>         case   before    the   D.I.G.,   C.R.P.F.,     Group    Centre,<\/p>\n<p>         Muzaffarpur along with a copy of this order and if the<\/p>\n<p>         case of the petitioners is similar to that of those named<\/p>\n<p>         in Annexure-10, similar relief be allowed to the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioners, as well, as early as possible, in any case<\/p>\n<p>         within three months from the date of receipt of this<\/p>\n<p>         order before the D.I.G., C.R.P.F.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 5.
