HEMA, J.\n\n                   -------------------------------------------------\n                      Bail Appl.No. 6696 of 2008\n                   --------------------------------------------------\n\n              Dated this the 30th day of October, 2008.\n\n\n                                   ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>               Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2. The alleged offence is under Section 8(2) of the Abkari<\/p>\n<p>Act. According to prosecution, petitioner was found in possession of<\/p>\n<p>130 ml. of arrack on 17.10.2008 and he was arrested on the same<\/p>\n<p>day.\n<\/p>\n<p>            3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no<\/p>\n<p>objection in granting bail on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>            Hence, bail is granted to the petitioner on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>      i)    Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>            solvent sureties each for the like sum to the<\/p>\n<p>            satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      ii)  Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on<\/p>\n<p>            ever Monday and Thursday between 10 A.M. and 1 P.M.<\/p>\n<p>            until further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      iii) Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail<\/p>\n<p>            and, in case of breach of this condition, bail is liable to<\/p>\n<p>            be cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      Petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                                        K.
