The   learned   counsel   prays   that<\/p>\n<p>this  Criminal  Miscellaneous Case    may, in these circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>be dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to his right to raise<\/p>\n<p>all   relevant   contentions   before   the   learned   Magistrate,   if   so<\/p>\n<p>advised to claim discharge.   Request is accepted.
