Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :27\/05\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                              V.GIRI,J.\n                        -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No. 15671 of 2008\n                       --------------------------\n                 Dated this the 27th May, 2008\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Aggrieved by Exhibit P5 order of transfer, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has preferred an appeal in terms of the guidelines, before the<\/p>\n<p>Government as per Exhibit P6.              Learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that there is no reason why the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>should be transferred from Trivandrum to Malappuram and at<\/p>\n<p>any rate, even if, a transfer was inevitable, a nearer station<\/p>\n<p>could have been chosen.
