RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                                      --------------------------------\n\n                                        B.A. No.935 of 2007\n\n                                      ----------------------------------\n\n                                 DATED: FEBRUARY 15, 2007\n\n\n                                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>         Petitioners who are accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.24\/2007 of Kanjar<\/p>\n<p>Police   Station   for     offences   punishable   under   secs.498A   and   323   read   with<\/p>\n<p>sec.34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.  Heard    the  learned  counsel   for  the  petitioners  and  the  learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.       Having regard to the nature of the  allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   and   the   other   circumstances   of   the   case,   I   am   inclined   to   grant<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioners.     Accordingly,   a   direction   is   issued   to   the<\/p>\n<p>officer-in-charge of the police station concerned to release the petitioners on bail<\/p>\n<p>for   a   period   of   one   month     in   the   event   of   their   arrest   in   connection   with   the<\/p>\n<p>above case on each of  them  executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten  thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>said officer and subject to the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                  1.      Petitioner   No.1   shall   report   before   the   Investigating   Officer<\/p>\n<p>                          between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                  2.       Petitioners shall make  themselves available for interrogation<\/p>\n<p>                           as and when  required by the  Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                  3.       Petitioners   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the   prosecution<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.935\/2007                          -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                       witnesses nor shall they attempt to tamper with the evidence<\/p>\n<p>                       for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               4.      Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               5.
