Smt. \u00a0 Kamlesh \u00a0 Yadav, \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant, \u00a0 vide \u00a0 application \u00a0 dated \u00a0 28.10.2009, \u00a0 sought\u00a0<br \/>\ninformation\u00a0about\u00a0a\u00a0PCR\u00a0call\u00a0made\u00a0by\u00a0her\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Police,\u00a0regarding\u00a0the\u00a0theft\u00a0of\u00a0her\u00a0mobile\u00a0phone.\u00a0<br \/>\nThe\u00a0PIO,\u00a0vide\u00a0letter\u00a0dated\u00a025.11.2009,\u00a0replied\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant.\u00a0\u00a0However,\u00a0not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\nreply\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0PIO,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0filed\u00a0an\u00a0appeal\u00a0before\u00a0the\u00a0First\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0(FAA).\u00a0The\u00a0<br \/>\nFAA,\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0appeal\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0request\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0to\u00a0collect\u00a0the\u00a0sought\u00a0for\u00a0information\u00a0<br \/>\nafter\u00a0depositing\u00a0the\u00a0requisite\u00a0fees\u00a0under\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0Act.\u00a0\u00a0However,\u00a0not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0reply\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\nRespondents,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0has\u00a0filed\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0appeal\u00a0before\u00a0the\u00a0Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>         During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0submits\u00a0that\u00a0complete\u00a0requisite\u00a0information\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0been\u00a0<br \/>\nsupplied\u00a0to\u00a0her.\u00a0\u00a0On\u00a0the\u00a0other\u00a0hand,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0submit\u00a0that\u00a0as\u00a0per\u00a0the\u00a0records\u00a0the\u00a0complete\u00a0<br \/>\nrequisite\u00a0information\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0supplied\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>         After \u00a0 hearing \u00a0 the \u00a0 parties \u00a0 and \u00a0 on \u00a0 perusal \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 relevant \u00a0 documents \u00a0 on \u00a0 file, \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nCommission \u00a0 is \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 view \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 complete \u00a0 requisite \u00a0 information \u00a0 regarding \u00a0 the \u00a0 PCR \u00a0 call,\u00a0<br \/>\navailable \u00a0 on \u00a0 record \u00a0 and \u00a0 permissible \u00a0 under \u00a0 the \u00a0 RTI \u00a0 Act, \u00a0 has \u00a0 already \u00a0 been \u00a0 furnished \u00a0 to \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nAppellant.\u00a0 \u00a0However,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0has\u00a0not\u00a0been\u00a0informed\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0action\u00a0taken\u00a0by\u00a0local\u00a0police\u00a0<br \/>\nregarding\u00a0the\u00a0theft\u00a0of\u00a0her\u00a0mobile\u00a0phone.\u00a0\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0with\u00a0a\u00a0direction\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\n concerned\u00a0PIO\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0requisite\u00a0information\u00a0on\u00a0point\u00a0no.\u00a08\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00a0application.\u00a0 \u00a0The\u00a0<br \/>\norder\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0forwarded\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0concerned\u00a0CPIO,\u00a0within\u00a05\u00a0days,\u00a0in\u00a0whose\u00a0<br \/>\njurisdiction\u00a0action\u00a0is\u00a0required\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0taken\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0police\u00a0regarding\u00a0the\u00a0alleged\u00a0theft\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0mobile\u00a0<br \/>\nphone.\u00a0 \u00a0The\u00a0concerned\u00a0CPIO,\u00a0will\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0requisite\u00a0information\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0<br
