The learned Counsel has tal<er:_4n"1e throtigh the .eVide'i';1e'ei oi:<\/p>\n
the parties. The documents lvlvlprloduced  'the'; claimant
\nbefore the Tribunal and't:he.. in1.'_ot1_g–n'e:d_ jindgmentl and award.<\/p>\n
4. On thsJo’ther{A’  advocate appearing<\/p>\n
for the seeond respondent_:\u00a5v—-i_1’1’surance company has sought
\nto justify the irnptignedalttidgn\ufb01ent and award.
\nA    carefully considered the arguments of the<\/p>\n
lealrnecl,’eoVulri_sel’,rn.ade at the Bar and perused the material<\/p>\n
 placed on “record.\n<\/p>\n

6. it is clear from the evidence of the Doctor that<\/p>\n
the claimant had suffered serious injuries. The asse_ssn1ent.<\/p>\n
of 15% permanent disability to the whole  <\/p>\n
reasonable. The accident had occurred  of <\/p>\n
December, 2006. in my view. the Cfourtrbieluow’ olu’ghtito_ hai\/e<\/p>\n
\ufb01xed his income per day .at-..__.Rs.VlE>_O’\/’~V  <\/p>\n
month}. Since the claimant  yearsvnat the time of
\nthe accident, the multiplier’  17. If that is so,
\nthe claimant is entitlecl_.a\u00ab1’Gr.:a lt.ata1″1_5i’ Rs. 1,:-37,700\/-<\/p>\n
