APP (DB) No.505 of 2009\n                       DIPUR KUMAR SINGH .VRS.THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         ---\n<\/pre>\n<p>                                    I.A.No. 477 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>06\/       13.04.2011               Through    this    Interlocutory      Application<\/p>\n<p>                          learned counsel for the appellant has          pointed out<\/p>\n<p>                          that the name of the appellant is &#8220;Deepu Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                          Singh alias Dipu Kumar&#8221; but inadvertently in the<\/p>\n<p>                          Memo of Appeal, his name was typed as Dipur Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                          Singh and due to such mistake, incorrect name of<\/p>\n<p>                          the appellant has    crept in various orders.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The    prayer     for    modification     is    of<\/p>\n<p>                          clerical error.
