8.   23.09.2011               This appeal has been tagged for hearing along with Cr. Appeal<\/p>\n
                     No. 737 of 2007 (Subodh Kumar Jha @ Subodh Jha Vs. the State of Bihar)<\/p>\n
                     and Cr. Appeal No. 860 of 2007 (Neeraj Kumar Singh @ Neeraj Kumar Vs.<\/p>\n
                     the State of Bihar) but these two appeals are not listed for hearing when this<\/p>\n
                     appeal was called out. It transpires that all the appeals should have been<\/p>\n
                     listed together.\n<\/p>\n
                                    It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n
                     behalf of the sole appellant that the appellant Ram Babu Rai has died while<\/p>\n
                     he was in custody.\n<\/p>\n
                                    Let a report be called for from the Superintendent of Police,<\/p>\n
                     Vaishali at Hajipur, as to whether the appellant Ram Babu Rai, S\/o Late<\/p>\n
                     Ram Jatan Rai, R\/o Village Rajpur, P.S.-Nayagaon, District-Saran,<\/p>\n
                     convicted on 16.5.2007 by the Ist Additional Sessions Judge Vaishali at<\/p>\n
                     Hajipur in S. Trial No. 526\/2003, S. Trial No. 545\/2003 and S.Trial No.<\/p>\n
                     36\/2004 arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 329\/2002 corresponding<\/p>\n
                     to G.R.No. 2014\/2002 has died while he was in jail custody or not.<\/p>\n
                                    Let a copy of this order be sent to the Ist Additional Sessions<\/p>\n
                     Judge Vaishali at Hajipur, who will see that the order of this court calling for<\/p>\n
